No, we handle all repair enquiries by email. This is so we can keep a record of exactly what work is required and refer back to at a later stage. Using email also helps me manage my time.

Sorry, I only repair wristwatches from the 1940s onwards.
Yes, my workmanship is warranted for a period of 12months although this does not include a specific warranty on the watch itself. See the warranty page for further details.

Yes and No - We can't purchase original Omega parts from official sources as the owners of Omega, Swatch Group, will no longer sell parts outside of their approved repair network. In some cases we can obtain genuine new, secondhand and donor parts from other sources.
