Armstrong Watch Repair – Repair/ Service Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our watch service and repair work for a period of 12 months which covers our ‘workmanship only’ but doesn’t extend to the complete watch itself.  It does not cover parts failure unless we have supplied the part but does cover a fault that has reasonably occurred in use, following a full service.

Due to the delicate nature of vintage watches, please note that, we do not warrant or guarantee water-proofing or shock-proofing.  The warranty does not cover damage by water, humidity, shock, accident, theft or attempted theft or misuse by the owner or any third party.

We do not provide a specific guarantee on fault resolution. Refunds are not provided on warranty claims or on work that fails to resolve an underlying issue with the watch caused by design, age related wear, other hidden faults.
